We recommend at least once a year, ideally in autumn after leaves have fallen, or twice a year if you have overhanging trees.

Do you clean the outside of gutters?

Cleaning the outside faces of your gutters, fascias and soffits is an added extra that can be requested at the time of booking. Just mention it when you get in touch and we will include it in your quote.

What if a downpipe is blocked?

We check and clear downpipes as part of our standard service. If there is a deep blockage we will advise on the best solution.

Can you access my gutters safely?

Yes. We use vacuum equipment and scaffold towers, meaning no ladders rest against your gutters and no one walks on your roof.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked appointment date are chargeable in full. Please get in touch as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
