A gutter clear entails emptying of all the debris from your gutters and tops of downpipes. A gutter clean entails a gutter clear plus cleaning of the outsides of all PVC gutters, fascias, and soffits.

We do ask that due to factors out of our control there is a certain degree of flexibility to allow us to vary the clean slightly either side of 6 weeks, but we will always endeavor to make sure it evens out over the course of the year.

Yes, cleaning of the frames and sills is included as standard on all window cleans.

You will receive a reminder text 1 or 2 days prior to your clean. It is for this reason we request that you keep us updated with any changes in mobile number.

For most of the services we offer we will need access to the property even if you are not home. This is due to the logistical issues involved in planning a round around everyone’s schedules. We therefore ask that all access, such as gates being unlocked, is ensured before our arrival. If you would like access to be locked up after we finish please let us know and we can discuss options. For certain services such as Gutter Clearing we will need access to power and will discuss this with you prior to the job being carried out. 

If you need to skip a clean please contact us as early as possible to inform us and allow us to replace your slot. Skipped cleans on a regular service may be liable for a surcharge on the following clean, this will be assessed on a case by case basis taking into account the situation, reason for skipping and how early we are informed.
Unfortunately any cleans skipped after the reminder text has been sent will have to be charged at full rate at our discretion as it will be too late to fill your slot for the day.
Cleans that are skipped on the day or on the doorstep will be liable for full payment and possibly service cancellation. If you need to skip a clean the earlier we are informed the more options we have to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We will clean in all weather that we deem to be acceptable and safe. 

Cleaning in the rain will not affect the finish of your clean due to the purified water system and the fact we clean all frames and sills every clean. 

Just to put your mind at rest though we always offer a satisfaction guarantee and as long as complaints are raised to us within 48 hours we will return and rectify any issues.

Your satisfaction is the most important part of our business, which is why we offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy let us know within 48 hours and we will return to investigate and if necessary rectify the problem as soon as we can.

We offer a 6 weekly service which we have found to be the best value for money for our clients as this allows us to maintain the cleanliness of the windows without having to carry out initial cleans every time we attend the property.

The initial clean will take longer than the subsequent maintenance cleans as we will be working to get the property up to our standard which we will then maintain so we have to charge accordingly.
